I have been teaching for 19 years and have been at Bess T. for 15 years. The other 4 years I taught in Nashville and  at Mary Ann Garber and Hardy Elementary her in Chattanooga.  I'm a native of Chattanooga and graduate of University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

I am married with one son. I love teaching, traveling, trying new places, shopping, spending time with family and friends, attending church, and gospel music.  I love to laugh and talk to new people.  

People see me as a leader, but I prefer to help behind the scenes. I am a sweet person who likes sour things (sour pickles, vinegar & salt chips, lemonade, and sour patch kids.)
